Selamat Menyambut Hari Raya I'dul Fitri,
Sudah dua puluh delapan hari menjalani puasa Ramadhan tahun ini
Sebentar lagi, tinggal dua hari lagi
akan merayakan hari kemenangan bagi Umat Muslim yang telah menjalani kewajiban puasa di bulan Ramadhan ini. Rasanya hati begitu bahagia karena mulai hari I"dul Fitri nanti seluruh umat Muslim yang telah menjalani puasanya, akan dilahirkan kembali dalam keadaan putih dan suci tanpa kesalahan dan dosa apapun lagi, diibaratkan seperti
kertas putih dan suci tanpa noda sedikitpun lagi.
Sebagaimana kebiasaannya sebelum datangnya hari Raya I'dul Fitri masyarakat Muslim, khususnya di Aceh disibukkan dengan kedatangan hari Memotong hewan, seperti sapi, kerbau, bebek dan ayam atau lebih tersohor lagi dengan sebutan hari Megang. Pada umumnya masyarakat beramai - ramai membanjiri pasar untuk membeli berbagai daging hewan yang disukainya untuk memasak di hari megang tersebut untuk dimakan berbuka puasa malam terakhir di bulan Ramadhan bersama keluarga.
Baiklah dibawah ini saya akan memberi tip mengolah makanan enak Sop Iga Sapi yang kaya rempah
andalan keluarga saya, rasanya enak
gurih dan memilki rasa khas.
Bahan - bahan :
- 2 kg Iga Sapi, lalu potong-potong
dan cuci bersih, tiriskan. - Air secukupnya untuk merebus
pertama daging tersebut diatas. - 2 setengah liter air, untuk merebus
daging selanjutnya. - 1 batang wortel, potong sesuai
selera. - 2 buah kentang, potong sesuai
selera. - 1 buah bawang bombay, potong
kotak besar-besar. - 3 buah bawang merah, iriskan.
- 2 batang kulit kayu manis, ukuran
3 cm. - 4 butir cengkeh.
- 3 butir biji kapulaga.
- 2 batang daun bawang pree, ambil
bagian putihnya saja lalu potong -
potong. - Garam, gula pasir, kaldu bubuk
Royco sapi, secukupnya. - Minyak goreng untuk menumis
secukupnya.
Bumbu Halus :
- 9 siung bawang putih
- 1 sendok makan merica butir
- 1 biji buah pala kecil.
( semuanya di blender/haluskan)
Bumbu pelengkap :
- Daun Seledri
- Bawang Goreng
- Jeruk Limau
- Sambal cabe Rawit
Langkah :
Didihkan air secukupnya, lalu
masukkan potongan Iga Sapi dan
rebus sebentar selama 15 menit.
Setelah itu angkat dan tiriskan
dan buang air rebusan tersebut
karena rebusan awal dimaksudkan
untuk menghilangkan darah dan
sebahagian lemak agar natinya
kuah sop tidak terlalu berlemakSiapkan air 2 setengah liter lalu
didihkan kembali, setelah itu masuk
kan kembali potongan Iga Sapi dan
rebuskan kembali daging Iga Sapi
sampai matang dan lunak.Tumis bawang merah lalu bawang
Bombay sampai harum dan sedikit
kering, setelah itu masukkan bumbu
halus dan tumis lagi sebentar. Baru
setelah itu masukkan kulit kayu
manis, cengkeh dan biji kapulaga
dan tumis sampai matang.Bumbu halus yang telah ditumis itu
lalu dimasukkan kedalam kedalam
rebusan Iga Sapi yang sudah lunak
Lalu aduk secara merata. Kalau
sekiranya air atau kuah sop kurang
boleh ditambahkan air matang, dan
nyakan kompor lagi.Lalu masukkan wortel dan kentang,
tambahkan garam, gula pasir, bubuk
kaldu Royco, masak sampai matang
cicipi rasanya dan matikan kompor.Terakhir masukkan potongan daun
bawang, aduk lagi merata dan
angkat.Untuk disajikan jangan lupa taburi
bawang goreng diatasnya, lalu
disantap selagi sedang hangat
bersama nasi putih. Rasanya enak
dan gurih serta lezat.
Sop Iga merupakan satu makanan favorit banyak orang di negeri ini. Tulang Iga Sapi di kemas dalam masakan sop istimewa yang disajikan dengan kuah sop yang kaya akan rempah selalu disenangi setiap orang dan membuat orang tersebut
menjadi semakin berselera ketika memakannya. Sop Iga Sapi yang tak kalah nikmat, ditambah dengan bumbu cabai rawit yang digiling mentah dijamin membuat Sop Iga Sapi makin segar dan lezat.
