A few weeks ago, I got to visit the restaurant named Meatology in Budapest. It is located very close to the shopping street Vaci utca, making it ideal to visit while doing some shopping or walking around as a tourist in the capital of Hungary.
I read quite a lot of awesome reviews of the place before visiting, and I wasn't sure that I would actually get a free table a Friday evening at 18.00. As I entered the restaurant I was met by a waiter that told me that there were no free tables. But, I said that I just want to eat quickly and will be out of the place in one hour. I got a table (together with the ones I came with), and we quickly sat down and ordered.
Luckily, they had my favorite of all - the sweet potato fries. It was really nice, and it tells me that they are a modern restaurant keeping up to date on what is popular among visitors nowadays.
The hamburger was really nice, the fries were nice, the service was splendid, and all in all - that was an awesome place to eat if you want to have a delightful meat meal in Budapest.
The location comes as a big bonus, and I would love to return to this place later to taste even more of their burgers and so on!
