I've been to Pho Hung dozens of times and have always had their noodle soup. Not to say the rest of the menu is lousy or anything I just love their noodles. Sometimes I'll have the shrimp spring rolls as a side but for me this place is all about noodles.
You can have all sorts of noodle soups (Phos), but my go to is N7, the well done and rare beef combo. When it is served the beef is nearly raw so the first thing I do is cover it with the noodles to cook it a little. Hygene and cleanliness is not the first thing on the menu at Pho Hung.
When someone says want to go for Pho, the only answer is Pho Show; Pho Shiza is also acceptable. The salt content is excessivly high, there is a shaker of msg on the table for the brave, you have to beg if you want more than one napkin and they only accept cash. What they lack for in service, they more than make up for in taste.

Haha! I love your funny review. I'm glad the pho was good anyway. I would not like to be served raw meat!
Only one napkin, I think they just want to save the Earth. People should bring back the handkerchief or carry their own reusable small handtowels if the restaurants don't have reusable ones.
