Hello Food Lovers,

Each city has some traditional dishes, whose tastes and variations make it a favorite food for all. Likewise, people's interest in those foods is slightly higher. Today, I'm sharing one such item with you. It is one of the most popular foods in Old Dhaka. But the price is very cheap. His name is Bakar Khani. Many also call it Shahi Bakar Khani.

Old Dhaka has two different types of bakeries. One is simple and the other is sugary sweet. Two types of Bakar Khani are equally popular with the people of old Dhaka.

The demand for Bakar Khani is especially high with tea. And the bakery box is also great for guest entertainments. However, it is now available all over the country.

I almost taste it because of the old Dhaka. Especially in the morning and evening it is quite standard as tiffin.

Because any foods that tastes first on our list of favorites, this one is perfectly suited to the Bakar Khani.

It's not an easy thing to make this Bakar Khani. Because it is specially made in yeast with flour, powdered milk, oil, salt and ghee. Although it has different recipes, but people in old Dhaka prefer to buy it readymade and eat it.

Among the vibrant cuisine of old Dhaka, it occupies a special place of popularity, frankly to me it feels great.
