Melon
My people often use canoeing along the canals to find a way to cut melon. The process of cutting and stripping the outer casing must be careful because the pus is very easy to cause itching. After cutting, take the subject to sun drying, then cut into pieces about 10cm long and then rub, squeeze salt several times to exhaust the itch. Then squeeze drained water and then add to the dip with salt water diluted. Want to make delicious and sour melon, people often add a little water (rice tips of old mother melon leave). After 2 days it can be eaten.
On the rainy day, there are sausage pickled pickles pickled fish sauce fish sauce picking rice to know the rice. When the house has guests, pickled vegetables can be mixed salad as a treat dish. Just mix melon with steamed shrimp, add a little pepper, chili, lemongrass, MSG is a good salad without much preparation time.
