Dikutip dari buku 90 Resep Masakan Menu Praktis untuk Sebulan, karya Laras Kinanthi, Kamis (26/7/2018), berikut resep lengkap membuat kedua hidangan tersebut.
Daging Masak Serai
Bahan
400 gram daging sapi tanpa lemak
700 ml air
3 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
Haluskan
7 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
5 buah cabai merah keriting
garam secukupnya
5 batang serai, iris halus bagian putihnya
2 lembar daun salam
3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
1 buah jeruk limo, peras airnya
Cara membuat
1.Iris daging ½ cm searah serat. Rebus bersama air, bumbu yang dihaluskan, serai, daun salam dan lengkuas sampai empuk. Angkat dan takar kaldunya sebanyak 200 ml;
2.Suwir-suwir daging, lalu pukul-pukul sampai memar dan menyerabut. Campurkan kembali dengan 200 ml kaldu, dan bumbu daun;
3.Masak dengan api kecil sambil terus diaduk sampai air mulai mengering. Beri 3 sdm minyak, lanjutkan mengaduk sampai airnya mengering. Angkat.
Capcay
Bahan
2 batang wortel ukuran sedang
100 gram kapri
150 gram kembang kol
100 gram jamur merang
1 batang daun bawang
3 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
4 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
½ bawang bombay, iris tipis
Haluskan
3 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
½ sdt merica butir
200 gram udang, kupas, sisakan ekornya
5 buah bakso sapi, iris-iris
½ sdt angciu, bila suka
2 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm kecap ikan
200 ml air
1 sdm tepung maizena, larutkan dalam sedikit air
Cara membuat
1.Iris dan potong-potong semua sayuran. Sisihkan;
2.Panaskan minyak, tumis irisan bawang merah dan bawang bombay sampai layu. Tambahkan bumbu yang dihaluskan, tumis sampai harum dan matang;
3.Masukkan wortel, angciu, saus tiram, kecap asin, dan cap ikan. Masak sampai wortel setengah matang;
4.Tambahkan udang kupas, bakso ikan dan sayuran. Tambahkan air, masak sampai udang dan sayuran matang. Beri larutan maizena, aduk sampai kental. Angkat.

Massive Lemonade
material
400 grams of lean beef
700 ml of water
3 tbsp oil, for sauteing
Puree
7 onion grains
3 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of curly red chilli
salt to taste
5 stalks of lemongrass, finely sliced whites
2 bay leaves
3 cm galangal, crushing
1 lime fruit, squeeze the water
How to make
1.Iris meat ½ cm in the direction of fiber. Boil with water, smoothed herbs, lemongrass, bay leaf and galangal until tender. 200 ml of raising and measuring;
2.Suwir-suwir meat, then hit-till bruised and uprooted. Mix back with 200 ml of broth, and leaf seasoning;

3 cloves of garlic
½ tsp grain pepper
200 grams of shrimp, peeled, leave the tail
5 pieces of cow meatballs, sliced
½ tsp angciu, if likes
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
200 ml of water
1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolve in a little water
How to make
1.Iris and cut all the vegetables. Set aside;
Heat the oil, saute the onion slices and onions until wilted. Add the smoothed herbs, saute until fragrant and cooked;
Put carrots, angciu, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and fish stamp. Cook until the carrots are half-baked;
