The name Ayam Penyet Pak Ulis is no stranger to the ears of culinary connoisseurs, especially those who live in the city of Lhokseumawe, Aceh. A decade ago, penyet chickens were not familiar with the tongue of most people who lived in Aceh. Chicken which is processed by steaming and frying and of course it is set to make the meat texture soft to the bone.
