After we spent the day at the fair, I took a taxi to the Mowcourt Hotel in the Pennywern Road, got dressed up and then went straight on to eat :).
After only 5 minutes we were in the Old Brompton Rd - in the beautiful district Earl's Court.
Only recently (in February) the new fine restaurant the gojk opened on Brompton Road. Then we decided to test the new kitchen there :)
The Gojk is a European fusion of Restaurant&Lounge that focuses on sourcing the best seasonal products available using the latest conservation, cooking and regeneration techniques. Our dishes are complemented by a professional selection of fine wines, artisan beers and spirits from around the world.
A very appealing menu card design surprised me very positively at the beginning:
From different courts I decided then for the following delicious meal:
Iberico pork secret
Roast shallot and herbs potatoes, red pepper, baby leek and rep pepper cream.
Absolutely recommendable, it was very tasty!
Departure from London Heathrow
After we checked in again on Sunday and still had time until the plane went back to Germany, I have the next recommendation for you. You can't miss the WONDERTREE Cafe&Restaurant directly on the departures level, you can recognize the restaurant by the miracle tree that rises high.
Here I have decided for a RAINBOW Burger.
Well, I have now imagined a buten mixed burger, which would just sprout in the colors, but see for yourself :)
The burger was at least richly documented even though it was very colourless, probably a good gag from the restaurant :)
