Being healthy is what a need of an hour today! That is why I wanted to bring a topic related to health in limelight. Since ages we all know about sowing the seeds, but how little we know about eating them too? there are very few people I encounter who already knew about eating seeds. there are variety of seeds available in market to eat them raw or as a substituent. Let me name them few-
Chia seeds, Flax seeds, Sunflower seeds etc
These are quite beneficial for the health, Let me dig a little deeper into the health awareness and throw light on the benefits from chia seeds specifically!

Basically these are beautiful small black seeds from the plant Salvia hispanica which are related to the mint family.
- Few calories but massive nutrients.
- Mini but are punch of health
- Drenched with- fiber, protein, fat,calcium, manganese magnesium, phosphorous, omega -3 fatty acid.
- Perfect antioxidants
- Helps in loosing weight due to high fiber and protein content.

And what not, these tiny miny seeds are just powerhouse of nutrition. One should definitely consider them into their diet. Just add them into smoothies, juices or oatmeal or can sprinkle them up on your salad. They don't require any kind of cooking.
