Here goes our day #1 what is best for a breakfast? A juice maybe! there are literally tons of options out there, but As I earlier explained that this series is all about affordably and easy healthy foods, specially which aren't hard to get and cook so that your laziness must not come between your zeal to get fit.
So, today's juice is healthy red juice, You just need few carrots, beetroots, apple, amla and that's it.
they are very easy to get and jut slice the ingredients and put them into your juicer and have a glass of red juice before going to work or starting your day.
It is very nutritious and delicious. I guess that would be enough for the start and please say no to junk food. It takes hardly 10 mins to prepare this juice, have it enjoy it and stay healthy!
