There's is one craze that's going around Baguio right now and its the Mango craze. After work and meeting my sister I asked her where's a good place to get a mango float and she told me that the best tasting one was at SM and that there a lot of people lining up for that in the mall where my brother stays in Manila. So we decided to go there.
This is what they serve. They only have three sizes small medium and large.
They serve Manga Float, Mango Keso, Mango Ube, Maxi Mango and Mango Shakes( Mango or Mango Graham. The prices are reasonable it ranges up to 59 php or 1.14 United States Dollar to 115 php or 2.22 United States Dollar
This is their stall located at SM Baguio near National Bookstore.
I ordered a small Mango Keso and I was watching them put everything.

I was actually happy when I got this. There was so much cream, mango ice cream, sliced mangoes, graham and cheese. One good thing that I like about this stall was that they went all out with their ingredients like the cheese.

I ate this before dinner because I was so hungry. It was soo delicious, I loved the taste of the graham and the cream, and I was surprised that the cheese complimented the whole thing. I just hoped that the sliced mangoes were sweeter because the batch that I ate was a bit sour but the other ingredients would compensate for it.

Similar to hongkong heoyusan mango cafe. But Baguio added cheese on mango shake and price is reasonable then heoyusan. Gorgeous

My husband would go crazy for that treat (except for the cheese) because mango is his favorite flavor. We usually don't get it around here with REAL mango, it's always mango flavoring. I would have never thought cheese would go with ice cream, but I would certainly give it a try.
