Then you arrive at the right post , the Iberico Pork is very Special , coming from iberico Pigs from Iberia, fed with natural food such as grasses and acorns , somewhat similar to wagyu , their unique combinations gives more fat to the muscle meat .
Juicy , Succulent , Smoky , the Iberico Pork don is topped with onsen eggs , shredded seaweed , shallots and pickled veggies.
But thats not complete without the unique gravy they have there , im gonna recommend to all of u the best imo which is my ALL Time FAV .
After Adding the sauce , the explosive taste of sweet , salty , smoky & vinegary just hits your tastebuds .
The Iberico Pork itself is succulent , slighty charred on the edges , smoky , fatty & tender , you would really want an upsize! OISHII!

This is much more fatty , coming in strips barbequed over the charcoal to perfection . for this you have a much heavier smoky taste .

To think that such delicacies exist in this world gives cause for pause, and truly inspires me in some small way to become a BETTER MAN.
