Hi Everyone,
Only limited time during weekends and holiday periods, you will see a line of people waiting to get their hands on these yummy prawns filled snacks at Waraku Kanon in Kawagoe. Due to its location, Kawagoe is a busy place over the weekend and holiday period with locals, tourists around Tokyo will travel to for a day tour. Right next to the famous Bell Tower, you will also see a line of people queuing up.
At 150 yen cheap which equates to approximately $2AUD, it is a cheap price to try a local snack. They only offer takeaway but people don’t mind eating around the shop. In between prawn crackers, the hot prawn mixture is placed in between with some mayo. Once you have paid the money, you then line up to put either tomato or mustard sauce on top or just eat it plain which is also recommended. I chose not to eat it with any sauce except with the mayo included and it was delicious. Lots of prawns inside and to eat it together with the prawn crackers just made everything perfect. I do want to get another of them but the line was too long so we moved onto the next store. If you are visiting Kawagoe, make sure to visit this yummy store for a prawn filled biscuit.

大家好，去川越一天遊吃了很多東西。今天想介紹一個蝦餅給大家. 看見 Waraku Kanon 門口排長龍就知道這裡有好東西吃. 這裡賣的就是蝦餅配蝦肉，其實有點像章魚燒的感覺. 150 yen 一個，你可以選擇要番茄醬或芥末醬，或不加醬也可以. 我選擇不要醬直接吃，超好吃. 裡面的肉非常新鮮，味道剛剛好，配著蝦片真是絕配. 如果去川越就要找這件點試試吃這個餅.
