There are many restaurants in Tokyo.Today I will introduce the bistro in Oimachi.To eat here it is necessary to make a reservation.It's cheap and tasty restaurant so it's very popular.We were fortunate enough to make a reservation.
In most cases, I can not even reserve it.We enjoyed our meal greatly.
That restaurant is a very small restaurant.The restaurant is not a building like a popular shop.

以前お友達が予約してくれて、訪れた「ビストロオレイユ」さん

大井町駅から少し歩いたところにある、ご夫妻で営まれている小さなビストロです。

その美味しさが忘れられず、２度目の訪問です。
お店は予約必須で今回も友達が予約をしてくれました。

シェフはロブション出身だそうで、お手軽な価格設定でその腕をふるってくれています。

いつもは早食いな私ですが、このお店ではゆっくり料理を楽しみます。

I am going to this restaurant with good friends. I recommend Japanese wine at the restaurant. There are good Japanese wines.

お店のワインは日本産のモノを多く揃えています。
日本の美味しいワインが飲めるのも、このお店での楽しみでもあります。

The chef used to work before "Robuchon". So all dishes are delicious. Moreover, the charge is not so high.

サラダは、「生ハムとメロンとゴルゴンゾーラチーズのバルサミコ酢サラダ」です。

これも絶妙な組み合わせでとても美味しかったです。

The salad had melon and gorgonzola cheese. There was a new discovery in the dish with a very complex taste.

ワインとよく合う「生ハム」それと「ラタトゥユ」を注文
ラタトゥユはお野菜がゴロゴロしていて、素材を活かしていました。

The roast of beef was also a wonderful taste.
Especially the taste of the source was wonderful.

「牛ハラミのロースト」はこのボリュームです。
ソースが味わい深くお肉にとてもよく合いました。

This "foie gras risotto" was even wonderful.I was impressed by its taste.It is rich and complicated taste absolutely incapable of reproducing at home.

それと、「フォアグラのポワレとリゾット」
このお店を訪れるなら、必ず頼んでほしい一品です。

濃厚でクリーミーな味わいは絶品です。
