Ingredients:
A pound of wings
1 cup of flour
4 lettuce leaves
Spoon of soy
3 cups of sweet chili
Oil for frying
Lets start the Fun:
cut the chicken wings in half just where the bones connect
put a cup of flour in a deep plate
dip the wings one at a time in the flour (make sure the flour covers the wings all around
put the frying oil in a pan and heat (make sure you put enough oil to cover at least half of the wing
5)fry the wings for 3 mins per side until the wing is getting golden
- while the wings are being frying take a small pot put the chili and the soy in mix and start heat
7)when the mix starts to bubble dip the wings in (make sure you dip the wing all the way around) if you see that you are running out of mix put more chili
8)Wash the lettuce leaves and put them in the serving dish
- put the wings on the lettuce and spill the rest of the mix on them
It should look like this at the end !
