How To Make Mutton Nalli Masala. In this video we will see how to make Mutton Nalli Masala / Mutton Recipe. This Mutton Nalli Masala is made in Mangalorean Style with the freshly ground masala adding so much flavor to the recipe. First we are going to cook the mutton in a pressure cooker and then transfer the broth to the pan with spice mixture and once it thickens up we are going to add Ghee (clarified butter) and the cooked mutton pieces and allow the mutton pieces to be slow roasted in ghee. This Mutton Nalli Masala process imparts a wonderful flavor to the mutton pieces and also facilitates the absorption of the spicy masala mixture in to the mutton pieces.

500g Mutton with Nali
1 & 1/2 cup Onion (sliced)
1/4 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 cup Yogurt
6 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Whole spices
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red chili powder
4 Green chilies (chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup Oil
1 tbsp Garam masala powder
