Fast and juicy chicken steaks in the oven
Recipe:
- 4 units chicken breasts
- 2 units tomatoes
- 100 grams mozzarella cheese
- 1 handful basil
- some salts
- some pepper
- some spice chicken
Preparation:
- Cut each piece of chicken along half, but not to the end, to form a "pocket".
Chicken with salt, pepper and favorite spices. If you have the time, you can leave the chicken cooked a little to chew (you can also roast the steaks in the evening). - Put a couple of slices of tomato in the chicken pocket, a few leaves of basil, a little slice of cheese (a little cheese on top of the roast).
- Put the prepared chicken pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 190 ° C for about 25 minutes (5 to 10 minutes before the end of baking on top of the roast).
