so this has mushroom cottage cheese onion and capsicum
melt lot's of butter and add lot's of garlic some schezwan pepper corns and saute it on low flame until mushroom is cooked now add salt and lil bit pepper i added lots of peprika in it that's why it's lil red but it's totally upto you
It's really delicious enjoy it with your bbq and beer
