Countries who make their own products can produce more jobs and be available to the people quicker than if it came from a different country. The products would be cheaper and allow work environments to get resources faster. <"The manure from raising these animals will nourish the soil as well."> An example is that if a country raises cattle, then they can produce beef meats, milk, leather and manure. The first thing is that the meat can feed families and carnivorous pets, such as dogs and cats. Second thing is that the milk can be used to raise more cattle, feed cats, and give people a liquid that they can use for baking, science experiments, drinking, and can be used for helping people to eat certain foods, such as cereal. Third the leather can be used to make clothes and saddles. Lastly the manure can be used to help grow plants in a garden or pasture to help the grass grow. The plants in a garden can be used for cooking, baking, feeding other herbivorous animals and people. The grass in a pasture can be used to feed the cattle and other animals also. Nothing can go to waste in a country that relies on the communities in it and not other countries. <"It is much easier and less stressful to profit from someone else’s hard work rather than your own."> Because of this fact many people would rather get their products from other countries just so that it is a lesser hassle for them, and they do not have to work as hard to get the products and the byproducts. Talking about taxation, taxation does take away the wealth of individuals and does not compensate for the loss of wealth. Taxation happens on imports, exports, and shipping. Taxation can happen at the federal, state and local levels. Sales, income, property tax also occur to raise the rate of taxation and make people loss more wealth than if they bought things in their own countries more and bought less items from other countries. I agree that Frédéric Bastiat was a very smart man because he knew what he was talking about and did not care if he was blunt about saying it when he criticizes the government about their laws and taxations.
