Great to hear you address the low-T issue in our SOYciety. The only problem with supplementing testosterone is your body becomes dependent on that clinical dose and stops producing any at all and with the supply chain the way it is that's risky business. Personally I take a few scoops of Pine Pollen a day for my androgens, also taking a few multivitamins a day to ensure your zinc, magnesium & selenium are topped up helps, consuming healthy saturated fats and cholesterol with sunlight or Vit D. Also Tongkat Ali (Longjack), Aswhagandha and Ginseng can be helpful too.

Some great suggestions there. I personally make sure to get enough sunlight with some form of resistance exercise. For supplementation I primarily take shilajit, as it is full of trace minerals and helps boost the testosterone.
