The chronicles of a tea lover #1

in #tea3 years ago

My partner and I aim to get each other’s gifts we both will enjoy receiving when birthdays, end of the year and any special events come up.

For the end of 2021, I asked him 2 tea advent calendars from T2, a much loved tea brand in Australia.

Look at how pretty the packagings are! I can be such a sucker for products with great packagings. My thought process always goes “ if a company would put much thought and care into the packaging, it will be more on the product too ”. 90% of the time, it’s true in my limited shopping experience.

The packaging feels solid and sturdy. The material is similar to that of a hard cover books. I want to say card box, but I mind gravitate to those brown packing boxes when I hear the word card box 😅. It is also neat how it does open up like a book, make me feel excited for the next “tea chapter” I’m going on.

You can’t tell from the photo, but I purposely ask my partner the 2020’s advent calendar because they were $30 cheaper each than 2021’s. I wonder why would there be that much difference when there’s no indication whatsoever or marking on the box to say it is not new. To me, tea is tea is tea. When stored the right way, a year would not damage it one bit.

I’m not very active yet on the blockchain. I hope to be chronicling each and every tea I’m trying as soon as timely possible. Might help fellow tea lovers out here adventure to try a new blend, or receive suggestions for myself!
Either way, I mostly will be sipping on a cuppa while writing these posts in the future.

Photo is by me. I don’t know if I ever be comfortable with revealing my face, but maaaayyyyyybbbbeeee in the future, who knows.
