Today I will share about teaching methods.
The figure of the teacher is identical with his neat, rigid, and disciplined appearance. Teachers who are commonly held unsung heroes are considered boring. Sometimes too many assumptions, teachers tend to make students feel reluctant, even afraid. Thus, students feel saturated because the atmosphere in the classroom full of tension.
Our board of teachers changed the unique teaching methods that can be inspired.
As teachers, we must apply the nature
teaching that is horizontal. We as mentors put themselves at the same level as our students and talked as people who first knew, not smarter. As teachers, we give students an explanation that we are only transferring knowledge, not giving knowledge. And also, not a smarter teacher than a student, it's just that teachers know science better than students. Perhaps some time amongst the students there are those who better understand what we teach than we teachers.
With the above statement, it can give encouragement to the students to relax and enjoy more togetherness with us as his teacher. When the class is relaxed and enjoyed by the students, then the learning process, easy to understand by the students.
As a teacher, we must be someone who can convince our students that they are great. Teachers should be able to instill in them that they can do anything as long as they do well, and avoid sentences that lower belief in the student.
At the end of the lesson, motivate and preview the next lesson in the interesting part before the class ends. This makes the students become enthusiastic to follow the next lesson.
In teaching teachers should set an example when giving training, and practice directly so that students understand and not just imagine in mind only. The teacher must understand the concept of a thing to be taught. Understanding the concept will make it easier for teachers to provide any example and solve the problems faced by the students.
A teacher takes control of the activities to be undertaken while learning with his students. Currently, students are required to be more active, so the way teachers teach should also change for the better and maximum so that students are able to absorb the lesson.
