How do Teachers Play a Significant Role towards Growth?
Tall buildings, well-designed computer systems, quality clothing and breakthroughs of food production and transportation are just some of the masterpieces around us that definitely make the modern life easier and faster. But who are this people responsible for such impressive milestones? Who motivated the minds of these geniuses to activate such sleeping passion and potentials? Definitely, they are the people who once became great teachers in their lives.
When we try to recall our childhood days, first day of school seem to be a very weird feeling for us especially the moment we get separated by our parents and be handed to this new person, the teacher. But later did we know that this total stranger would such impact our lives in unimaginable ways we could never think of.
Teachers as they say are the authority person in a classroom. Anything they do and say means a world to a pupil. As John Lock proposed on his notion about “tabularasa” or clean slate mind of a child, the teacher’s crucial role starts the moment he or she tries to inject ideas and concepts which later on form the world of a child. With that, teacher’s words and dealings lay the foundation of building their holistic man. If right and proper thoughts are laid and fed, then this will affect him or her a lifetime of success and excellence. That’s why the influence of a word of a teacher endures forever.
Another thing, teachers are not just talkers but are also actors of noble professions. They become parents, counselors, facilitators, doctors even becoming police officers and above all, a friend. Teachers don’t just teach knowledge and activate sleeping potentials, rather they can be a dependable person in times of testing and sharpening one’s character. They encourage the inner self in you when you are about to give up. They embrace the downcast in you with a warmth support of love when things are not going your way and above all they are the wisdom to every decision like a lamp unto your feet. Thus they are the game changer of this world, the pro-creators of successful people, the architect of these masterpieces and the mother and father of these great young minds.
That’s why blessed are though if you have found such a teacher. Value them and aim to be like them. Foresee yourself crafting the same profession and in that way you are letting the angels in heaven sing and dance in festivity with your one great act.
My Teachers Played an Important Part in My Life
Without them, I am not the person who I am today. I person whose strong, full of enthusiasm, and curious. Eager on the things I wanted to learn because they have embedded the culture of learning is fun. :)

Teachers are the shapers of society. Interestingly, no one would amount to anything without teachers.
Starting from home, to early school, to adulthood, all through life, our lives are beautiful because all around us are teachers, formal and informal, who teach us life's basic values!
