Being the head of a department at a prestigious university, I continuously reflect on improving the efficiency of teaching. Here are the conclusion I came to. The most important and challenging thing is to maintain the student’s constant motivation to learn. Why? When you don’t see the benefits of getting specific knowledge every day, it’s complicated to force yourself to learn. Besides, very often we read about the success stories of people who have no education. How to support this motivation? Each teacher has his ways. In my next post, I will try to share some of these methods.
