#5 - you might want to incorporate the Swiss model as a long term solution.

Just a thought, as it seems to work perfectly there!

& may I add that anyone who gives The Pledge when becoming a new Australian, must abide by it till death do us part. Otherwise, "Citizenship REVOKED" FOR THEM & ALL THAT GOT IT AS A RESULT OF THE FRAUDULENT PLEDGE.

This should help fix many of the issues that seem to be "a current affair".
