There's been a bunch of meet-ups around Australia. This isn't the first Brisbane one.
No, I saw the one in December. Was it good? I hope it’s ok that I started the meetup group. It will be an easy place to let people know about time and place for meet ups and get new members. I don’t want to step on any toes.

I like that Hoegaarden sign. It's the brand of a Dutch 🍺. We call it white beer. It's a bit different from a weizener and very nice to drink on hot summer days. How did that sign end up in Australia?

Southbank, after the State Library and GOMA it's my fav place in Brisbane. I like the roo.. go for it! Who cares about being subtle :) Looking forward to making some new Brisbane/Steemian friends!
Edit: Well shit. I just added the event to my calendar and realised I'll be touring in Sydney on this day. If I don't have any afternoon bookings that day I'll try to fly home early so I can come along. If I can't I'm sure there'll be more meets though yeh?
