We've broken 100 members in the first 5 days!
Absolutely outstanding effort by all involved - there are now 101 of us in TEAM AUSTRALIA with:

Included in the mix is a couple of Whales, an International YouTube Star and a Witness!

For the newcomers - the list of all the current members is at the bottom of this post - please ensure you are following all - and please be sure to introduce yourselves to the members either in comments or in tag 'teamaustralia'.
Now if every member can refer one more - either Australia or Ambassador to the TEAM (preferably someone with a bit of creativity and flair) - that will be 200+ active members and then things will really get interesting as far as earning STEEM dollars on posts and comments.

Voting, resteeming and strategy
For those with over 1,000 voting power you will know most of this already and you can set your own vote percentages etc.
However, for us smaller guys we simply get 'votes'. And we should all know two things:
- How much your vote is worth?
- What your current vote power percentage (%) is?

Just enter your name in the box and save to favourites.
Now why are we here?
Well if you guys are like me - it is to make loads of money, in an honest, fair and friendly way, whilst having lots having fun. However, we should still be strategic.
So here's the strategy:
- We like quality, but TEAM AUSTRALIA quality is better - by voting for our team members we are building up our team STEEM and the team in turn is building up YOU!
- Resteem - it doesn't cost anything - yet it increases the exposure for each post - so be generous with your resteems on the 'teamaustralia' tag. The main benefit of course is that it brings external STEEM into our team.
- Never be on 100% voting power - why? Because time is being wasted. Your voting power is always recharging (about 20% a day) - but not when it is at 100%. Mine tends to sit around 75-85%. At least this way I know that I am always recharging and yet each up-vote is still worth something.
- Never be on 0% - because your vote ain't worth anything - take a 4 day voting holiday to get back up.
- And the final part of the plan - vote before you sleep - you know you will be recharging overnight; so up-vote on 'teamaustralia' posts then go to bed.
If we all adopt this strategy we will have the team firing on all 101 cylinders in no time!

Beware of scams!!
I have received word that there is a scam going round STEEMIT encouraging Steemians to give up the login keys - it might look like 'delegate-support', it might take you to an external website and the persons involved were supposedly going by the name Michael.
At the end of the day... simply DON'T use your key for anything other than logging into the actual STEEMIT platform!
