Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any running done over this weekend, Saturday was 42°C in Adelaide, and on Sunday I was recovering from @doop 's birthday party.
Today during work I managed to run just over 6km, by the end of it my right leg was numb, I'm starting to think my work pants are a bit too tight when I run :/
After getting home, I changed into some proper running gear and made up for my weekend off.
I got Vikki to drop me off at my usual starting point and ran home, following the beautiful Hallett Cove coastline.
This track is good for a full working out, I've never bothered to find out how many stairs there are ... but there's lots...
If you're ever down south of Adelaide and looking for somewhere to go for a walk, or just stretch your legs, I recommend checking this one out. It's easily one of my top 5 tracks in Adelaide.
