Chromia dapps will be implemented in Rell which is it self a memory-safe language;ontop of that the Rell execution environment is implemented in Kotlin and runs within. the JVM,thus. for an application to breakout of the sandbox it will need to defeat both Rell and JVM safety mechanisms, which we believe is practically impossible.
