All SBD rewards will be donated to the same charity I will choose. However, I will keep the SP because I have never powered down yet and I don't entend to start doing it any soon(I hope it's fair this way)
You'd better believe that's fair! There was some debate about this a few months ago, which I thought was absurd. Why would anyone begrudge the host of a charity drive the right to claim their own SP? They're stepping up for a cause, for goodness sakes. It's bad form to muzzle the ox that treads the corn. Furthermore, I personally WANT the more philanthropic Steemit users to gain as much SP as they can as quickly as they can, because this kind of charitable generosity needs a strong account so more good can come from it over the long term. I just don't see how this logic doesn't track for some people, but as far as I'm concerned, the SP belongs to the person who posts. Period.
