The main problem even I face is promoting my music. Producing the music is fine but then when it comes to marketing, it's really hard to market yourself when there are people with huge bank accounts ahead of you. I'm not saying they are doing something wrong but then what would you even do in this position?

I can't speak for all musicians as I am not one nor have I been in that position, so do excuse my idealism. But I have a good friend who is an artist and had to claw her way to recognition. She's now doing very well, but it took her 8 years. I think with Steemit, we can lessen that time and at least allow more creative individuals to get paid while doing something they love until they get recognized.
