Krabi Night Market
The food
They say "it is best to arrive hungry!" We expect there were a lot of HALAL food to eat but boy we were so wrong. They did not separate the Halal and the Non-Halal food so it was really hard for us to differentiate the stalls, unless if it was written on the signboard. To be honest, all the Non- Halal food looks tempting and delicious. Less varieties for Halal food. If you are a muslim, I recommend Ao Nang town for food hunting.
The Handicraft & Souvenirs
The Krabi Town Night Market also known as Walking Street is one worth visiting while in Krabi, Thailand. It is available on weekends from Fridays to Sundays. The night market is behind Vogue department store offers a fascinating insight into the local Thai culture. It has a lot of handicrafts made by the locals. It is definitely a treasure trove for enthusiastic shoppers. It has a lot of souvenirs shops there which are affordable for tourists.
The Performance
The night market also had musical performance such as the one pictured below.
Breakfast
Fresh dumplings made before your eyes. They were delicious. The rest of the food was really good as well. Prices are very reasonable. Actually it was quite cheap compared to other shops in there. To be honest it was really difficult to find halal food with this kind of local taste in town. These are some of the pictures that morning. Believe it or not, it only cost us less than 500 baht.
