Just a note. The food pyramid which was introduce in the 80s is causing 50% of people overweight and having diabetic problem today.. It needs to be change and flawed.

That pyramid diet will not make you healthy but rather opposite.

I am on this diet for the past 4months and my body weight loss from 79kg to 67kg. My chronic asthma cured and energy level is amazing.
