“I trust you” . This is the word you will often heard from someone special. Not just from them but also from you to them. But how often do you say “i trust you” to yourself ? Let me rephrase it again so you’ll understand more. “ dear me, i trust you” 👍🏻 Better 👍🏻.
When you depends on someone or something you will put or give trust on them and i think we should give ourself the same thing. Do you agree? Well i hope you do because there is a lot of positive things that will come a long with trust when you trust yourself.
Confidence
When you do trust yourself more, you will find yourself more confident in everything you do because now you are feeling more reliable and trustworthy. Confident with your capabilities will also lead to another positive things but it all start with trust. You can change your life and others. Let me give you an example why confidence can be so important, lately they are so many cases of graduate student who believe that after they graduate all great things will be just like what they expected. What happen when it doesn’t happen that way? Most of them started to get lazy and why is that? Because they started to lose trust in theirself and this lead to lower confidence level. Im not stating that this will happen to all graduate but this is just the fact and seriously happening. When things like this happen, all of us should remember that we can and should actually do something about it because no one will do it for you. So start believing to trust yourself that you can do it and you will be great.
MORE FOCUS
“You do know what you’re doing right ?” “Do you even trust yourself doing it?” Well all of this question will definitely bother you. They said it because of their lack of confidence and trust to you. What other positive things that will tag along when you fully trust yourself? Yes focus. Either you will realise or not your focus level will be off the chart (increases so much). Why? Because, when you trust yourself on doing something you’ll start to think that you can do it, you must do it, you must be great at it and you must focus on it. For example, a music composer. Can they really make a good music if they don’t trust they can do it? The answer is NO because you need to focus when you write and one of the way to achieve great focus is by trusting yourself that that you can do it and that you are the best at it 👍🏻
An advise for me and for all of you. Remember that You are special and unique that exist in this world with a purpose so remember to not give up easily and always trust yourself.
