On my 2nd day in Singapore, I visited the first Vendcafe that serves hot meals in Singapore. It is an automatic and unmanned vending machine cafe. This is located at Suntec Convention Center. Since I can't afford to try the Japan Vending Machine food, I guessed this is as good as it can get for now.

after looking at the menu, I ordered the butter chicken with cumin rice which cost 7 SGD per box.

after around 2 to 3 minutes, the meal comes out from the vending machine. I collected it with one box of cutlery.

For those who don't know what Butter chicken, it is an Indian dish originating in Delhi. The dish is made from chicken with a spiced tomato and butter sauce. Its sauce is known for its rich texture. It is similar to chicken tikka masala, which uses a tomato paste.

Based on my personal experience, the chicken and sauce taste good. The rice can taste the cumin. It is a very well-done dish. The only downside is the portion since this is a vending machine food. If you happen to be at Suntec Convention Center for an event and need a quick meal, then consider this location.

I don't know the monetary conversion to usd, is it a good price? Seems like kind of trash frozen food but if it's cheap then that's good to fill the belly!
