Today, I visited Maria Signature at KLCC Suria Mall for lunch. The KLCC Lake Symphony view was beautiful as always, and I always enjoyed the view when I had my meal here.
The restaurant exudes a modern, elegant atmosphere with floor-to-ceiling windows offering natural light and scenic views. Its sleek interior features abstract ceiling decor, white-tablecloth settings, and a mix of open seating and private booths, creating a refined dining experience ideal for upscale occasions.
This time I came to claim my surprise gift from the restaurant, and it required me to be there only to know what the gift was. After scratching it, it reveals to be a Spaghetti bolognese. There is an option for chicken or beef, so I choose the beef option.
For those who don't know what Bolognese sauce is, it is a meat-based sauce in Italian cuisine, typical of the city of Bologna. You will be surprised that Spaghetti bolognese is a pasta dish that is popular outside Italy, but it is not part of traditional Bolognese or even Italian cuisine in general.
