Let shell out (home cooked)

It's a trending way of eating seafood (shell seafood).Most restaurant offered by pax or buffet as lower as RM 39.90 up to RM99.00 per pax.
These shell out menu are including crab,prawn,lobster and anything with shell.
This easy method of cooking served in a very fancy way ,no plate or no fork and spoon neither a knife to peel your prawn,making it attractive it serve on banana leaf or some kind of baking paper (correct me if im wrong) along with apron and some tools to crush your crab....by hand.
Its comes with few flavour,sweet and sour chillies,butter or oyster and soy sauce.
Two days ago I made my home cooked shell out menu with two flavoured sauce ...
A simple basic ingredient to start with,garlic and chillies,oyster and soy sauce...add on some capsicum too,and for the butter, garlic and (of course butter) and a leek ,add on salt and pepper for better taste.Its up to you to add any stuff such cauliflower ,brocolli or carrot.

Just get 1kg or 500 grams to each representative shell or seafood...is the best get together gathering food.Trust me...and its way cheaper than the restaurant.
