Bash bar installation for drift car

in #teammalaysia7 years ago

Some bash bar installations for extra shield of my car. Incase I screw up by hitting objects (or other cars if there's tandem)

The bash bar is quite hard and solid even though it adds a little weight to the car, but I guess it won't be significant enough to make a difference or reduce loads of power/speed.

I prefer safety precautions because I couldn't face the consequences or damages if it happens...

Rear bumper's area

Unfortunately the rear side has no room for bash bar's installation. The only way is to take out the rear bumper and install the bar, meaning no rear bumper and exposing the rear area. I'm pretty sure if I allowed this it won't be road legal car anymore, troublesome when encounter JPJ cars. I guess I'll leave it until I have a competition coming, but as of now training will be good for the front.
