Repost! Anchovy Fritters

Hello everyone!

Well, this post doesn't seems so well before so I plan to repost the same entry. So today I am going to share the recipe and how I cook Anchovy Fritters based on my own style for tea time.

Anchovy Fritters/Cucur Ikan Bilis with KOPIKO Brown Coffee

I just make it simple because I am not a professional chef or else and I just made it because I am hungry and looking for something to eat during my tea time. So, what you need to do is prepare the ingredients such as onions, garlic, and anchovy.

Cleanly washed and cut into small pieces because you're going to put it in a blender.

Put a little bit of water and blend it just for a few seconds because we don't want it to be too delicate.

Wheat Flour

Mixed with the blended ingredients.

Put a bit of salt

Put a bit of pepper (optional)

Mix well until it looks like a dough

Heat the cooking oil and put one spoon of your mixed ingredients and arrange it like this.

Let it cook till its turn to brown color and inside well cooked. For me I like it a bit crispy so I cook it a bit longer.

Ready to serve! Looks easy right? Now you can cook by your own. Yes, we can simply buy the instant fritters but it more delicious if it was made by our own.
