BBQ Octopus for our beer gathering session. I bought Davy Jones fresh at RM13 perkilo from a local fisherman in Sepangar bay who caught it spearfishing out at sea. Octopus are actually full of antioxidant that can get rid of your free radicals that feeds on your healthy cells that increases your risk of chronic disease on what I red.
To cook it, you boil it, then BBQ it to get its smoky aroma. The Japanese boil it and slice it to mix with their salads and even slice it raw to eat it as sashimi. I will definitely buy and cook it again if I see one on offer but are rarely sold at local fish markets, probably not favoured seafood by locals here.
