Great post. Very educative. Very true. The sports analysts are sometimes "too know" guys. They make us think that they could've done better if they were on the pitch. Which is not so. It's quite funny that some of them making those comments were seen playing not so long ago. And they did terrible some times. As for the employment which is not based on quality, I don't know what to say. We all want to develop and if we don't choose quality but "who you know" then we should be rest assured what will result. Just bad. It's all that we have here in Ghana. It's not the best who's given the chance but the "corrupt". Even in football, our national team selection has been proved to be selected based on who you know. We laid the price this World Cup. We couldn't go because of unfair selections. Quality was relegated for money.
