Oh yeah, I heard this story about the dog before, its human nature I guess, well dog nature too haha. I agree though that thoughts trigger feelings, just how if you want to be positive, free, happy, you've got to act it! Lastly, the "when" effect is a disease floating around, you wont catch it if you believe, if you keep strong in your mind (certainty and positivity) and be consistent with the tasks that get you to the bigger prize.
