I like exercise, I was overweight a few years ago so I went to do exercises and start eating ssano and the truth at first I had no idea what to do, I have instagram so I followed a person from the GYM world and many tips the truth that person helped me a lot without knowing it, until one day I left a message when I finally had lost weight and it was thanks to him, I learned many habits but today I have left a little, work far away and I have to get up early to arrive on time. I also arrive home very late, a year ago I stopped going to GYM but still I have not gained much weight, not like before.
