What a great improvement, lut!
Today, after the morning routine (waking up, face wash up, tooth brushing, and breakfast taken) off I went to the gym... by foot, as always (since Covid period - Ps: Mental Note I have to estimate the fuel saved in this way since March 2020!)
When I was doing my normal routine - today was training scheme A - Chest, shoulders and triceps) one announcement in the morning TV news appeared...
A very famous 46 yo singer of Cape Verdean origin named Sara Tavares had succumbed to complications from a brain tumor diagnosed in 2009... Cancer doesn't "see" people, genders, races or political ideologies or religious beliefs. Brain tumors are estimated to be the tenth leading cause of death among men and women, and are expected to cause the death of around 18990 people (11020 men and 7970 women) in 2023 alone...
Today I'd like to pay a little tribute to the excellent singer-songwriter who once gave me goose bumps just listening to her sing on television....

I'm not aware of Sara Tavares, but watched the video you shared, and also her Eurovision performance. She has such a strong powerful voice yet sounded so pure and innocent. 46 years old is so young,and she fought such a long battle with cancer 😥. May she rest in peace.
Heard it today, had no idea it was from cancer... fuck.
