Good morning, P!
I hope that your hubby ankle gets better soon... I'm so proud of your high number repetitions sets! OMG!
My strategy has to change in that way (your way) to set some extra challenge!
Let me resume my last two days. In Wednesday I woke up early has usual, but since I had three MRI programmed in that morning, I didn't went to the gym before has usual... And decided to take a rest because the morning would promise to be very busy... After the MRI procedure, I went to work in the row... So I just got home at 21h30, more or less, and without any energy to do squats...
Yesterday, I had a different morning, because I was expecting to a new TV box device (one Android one 4K) to be delivered to me at my place in the end of the morning, and since I'm travelling today to the city of Porto, to visit my Goddaughter, I was preparing all the house things to let everything done (I'm just arriving on Sunday, and have to work on Monday morning). But, yesterday, just before shower and bed time, I took some minutes to make some good old squats!
😅

You work really long hours and have over achieved so much already, so taking a day's break is well deserved. Now you can also watch some high quality 4k movies with your new TV box to relax after your squats
I'm not so sure about that... Maybe I should dedicate more time to engage with Hive community. Much more interesting that some tv shows, as you know :) Ahahaha
Let's start this week (the last one of the challenge a good one!)
