Шановні автовласники, хочу повідомити Вам погану (а може для когось і не дуже) новину, з 2022 року в України почнуть знову здійснювати обов'язковий технічний контроль (ОТК) для легкових транспортних засобів передбачений для некомерційного використання, тобто для звичайних авто пересічних громадян.
Як відомо зараз ОТК підлягають лише вантажні транспортні засоби та легкові автомобілі, які використовуються у комерційних цілях з метою принесенная прибутку.
У 2010 році було відмінено ОТК для звичайних автомобілів, але уже з 1 січня 2022 року можуть запрацювати нові правила проходження ОТК. Зміни передбачають обов'язковість проходження ОТК для звичайних (некомерційних) авто.
Що таке ОТК і чому його варто боятись?
Боятися звичайно нічого, якщо у Вас все добре з авто, але якщо у Вас відсутній каталізатор (сажовий фільтр для ДТ), встановлено XENON або LED у звичайні фари, затоноване авто і багато інших змін, то Ви ніколи не пройдете технічний контроль.
Чи потрібен саме зараз українським автовласникам ОТК - сказати досить тяжко, але якщо реалізувати дану процедуру за макетом країн ЄС, то ми зможемо відчути на собі порядок та безпеку на дорогах.

The changes provide for the mandatory passage of OTK for ordinary (non-commercial) cars.
What is OTK and why should it be feared?
Of course there is nothing to be afraid of if you are doing well with the car, but if you do not have a catalytic converter (soot filter for DT), XENON or LED is installed in ordinary headlights, toned car and many other changes, you will never pass technical inspection. It is difficult to say whether Ukrainian car owners need OTK right now, but if we implement this procedure according to the model of EU countries, we will be able to feel order and safety on the roads.
