RE: The Importance of Teamwork and How It Can Help You And All Of Us...

in #teamwork6 years ago

I partly agree with you. It is not that a lot of us prefer to work and operate alone, but that there is a group of people that already learned that teamwork is seldom teamwork. At schools we are forced into it. The result? One is doing the whole job and the rest has a free lift. It is the same at work. So selfish is, to my opinion, to take that free lift without investing yourself. It is what I see over here as well. Some do all the work, even dream about it, but there is no reward at all.
It is great to be able to join a team, but it should also be possible to grow on your own if you work hard for it. I know there are people who do so, but they get nowhere.

Hi @wakeupkitty! I understand what you mean, but we can grow alone. You must always remember that even "alone" we are not alone because we carry in our genetic memory many parts of the mind of our ancestors and that does not make us alone anymore. You can be very good at what you do and have a lot of talent but I can guarantee you. Do not get to the top alone you will always need loyal, honest and positive people around you for every moment of your life. Maybe I only met one person who could do something "alone" he was a professional climber but even so he needed people to build his equipment and clothes to get there even if they were not around during his victory.

Regards

Personally I do not feel theneed to go to the top, I am too old for that by now LOL. But I knowwhat you mean. Thanks for taking the time to respond. I really hope the community will work.
