MY HEART BLEEDS FOR NIGERIA - PRAY FOR MY COUNTRY

  1. A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Monday, granted bail to four pro-Biafra agitators- Bright Chimezie, Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi. Trial Justice, Binta Nyako granted the defendants bail to the tune of N10million each with two sureties in like sum and also directed that the money should be deposited in cash to the Chief Registrar of the Court, even as she ordered the defendants to surrender all their travelling documents and not to travel without leave of the court.

MY QUESTION : If pro-Biafrans are easily handled, why can't herdsmen be handled? Is sth cooking....and is it almost done? Is this why Nigeria is this heated?

  1. No fewer than 103 corpses have been recovered following attacks by suspected herdsmen on some communities in Jos, Plateau state, in the north central, Nigeria and the subsequent retaliation by locals who claimed to have taken up arms in self defence.
Community leaders in some of the areas attacked alleged that the military special task force, STF, is trying to destroy evidence of the killings. Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Monday advised stakeholders in Plateau State not to allow a religious crisis to occur in the country, saying no country in the world had ever survived a religious crisis. Osinbajo stated this while addressing stakeholders from the communities affected by the attacks at the weekend in Jos.

MY QUESTION: Could this be a deliberate attempt to wield Nigerians to their will.?

  1. Nigeria has overtaken India as the country with the largest number of people living in extreme poverty, according to a new report by the World Poverty Clock. At the end of May 2018, the survey showed that Nigeria had an estimated 87 million people in extreme poverty, compared to India’s 73 million.

MY QUESTION: Is this the change we were promised? Or were we just used? Have we been scammed?

  1. The Advocacy for Integrity and Economic Development, AIED, has called on the Senate President and the Speaker of the House of Representatives to declare the office of the President and Commander-in-Chief of Nigeria vacant. AIED stated that the unabated massacre of helpless Nigerians across the country, especially the North East and North Central was a clear indication that the control of the country was “no longer” in the hands of President Muhammadu Buhari.

MY QUESTION: Is there any chance the judiciary arm will allow the legislature arm save Nigerians from the claws of the Executive arm of today's government?
