Yup I mean Rash not rushed or pushed or whatever else but they have the same meaning. To understand here is the meaning I got from Google:
adjective. The definition of rash is something done or said too fast. An example of rash used as an adjective is a rash decision, a decision made without any consideration of the consequences.

We were always told by our parents, teachers, bosses, partners and more that we should always think before we act or speak. When we act automatically without thinking, things may go wrong. In a verge of anger you suddenly slap someone or spank your child or physically do something, it will result in pain to that other person. In the news you see people getting killed by family or friends or even someone they don't know. The suspect will always say they were in a heated argument and he could not control his emotions and anger. Some say they were under the influence of drugs or alcohol. But the deed has been done. If the victim was only hurt you could make up by paying the hospital bills, saying sorry or anything to make up for the damage. The victims can forgive but they can not forget.
Before reacting to anything, news, reports, happenings; always weigh the consequences. The good and the bad.
Before saying something that might ruin a person, think. You might not only be hurting them but also their family.
Sometimes small problems can be talked over. Clear things up first. Because once you act, it will be hard to get it back. They say regret comes last.
Maybe what you were reacting about was really nothing. I experienced having a misunderstanding with a very close friend who was also the godmother of my daughter. We stayed away from each other. We belonged to a certain religious group and our silence affected the other members. Until they decided it was enough. They pretended we had a meeting at one of the member's house. Important they said and they made sure both of us would be there.. So we started out normal basic meeting until I noticed some started to go out pretending to eat until there were only 5 of us my friend ,me and referees lol. We cleared things out lots of anger, shouting and tears bt we came to an agreement and understanding. But the pain was still there (but it slowly disappeared after a while) Even though we said sorry, the regret of wasted time and effort was there. So now before I act or say anything I would give it a day or too after what happened to react.

Sometimes our actions are irrational, fear, anger and frustrations makes us react without thinking. Then in the end you regret. This saying is very true. We can forgive them but you still feel the hurt, it may only lessen in time, but never completely forgotten. @teardrops will be forever in their hearts.

These are just a few quotes I would like to share. Maybe it will help others to be more careful before they react, say or do anything without thinking or cooling down a little. Remember there is nothing that a talk or clarification can't clear up. Maybe what you reacted to was probably nothing at all. Until you get the proof or the reason hold in for while.

That's true maam before we say something we should think first..
Very true.
There's a quote 'Think before you speak'. We should always apply that for us to prevent any misunderstandings. It is better for us to talk less to prevent any mistakes.
Ingles, di ko alam ito. Ang lalim...
words can pierce a mans heart...lets be careful in saying a word
I totally agree maam. We should always think before doing or saying anything
We can't get back the words we 've spoken when the damage has been done.. I just cry when I'm angry so as not to utter something I would regret in the future.
I couldn't agree more Ms. @purpledaisy57
Learned a new word. Tenkyu mam daisy
An important lesson that we need to put in mind and to put into practice. In certain cases, we need to practice our skills always until it is near to perfection because when the time comes you need to make a quick decision then it will become like a reflex by doing the right thing at that time.
our words are like bullets once it come out its out forever
