Super Mario AR (Augmented Reality Game)

You just have to see this to believe it.

Last week the world, and especially me, marveled at a very unique, but quite unauthorized Super Mario Augmented Reality demo made for the Hololens by Abhishek Singh. The second it was release, it got millions of views and appeared in the Washington Post as well as a bunch of other media outlets and news sources.

As an HTC Vive and Playstation VR owner, I'm pretty excited about the possibilities this creates. Especially when Apple just released developer ware for it's new iPhone 8 which allows for AR/VR games and apps on the new phone!!!

That's fantastic! If only those passerby could see what he was seeing! I kept wanting him to jump up on some of the pipes or interact with the landscape, but then I had to remember that they weren't actually there! This would be great in setting with prebuilt terrain, such as a lazertag type arena, with the software providing the visual "skin."

Well, I am Magent that if more people have the glasses, or the AR set up then they would be able to see the same things that the person inside of seeing, similar to the way Pokémon worked

Oh, I'm sure it'll be able to work cooperatively between headsets like that in the future. I had just been giggling to myself thinking about how all those people strolling by probably thought he was acting something out. Most people have no idea this kind of technology is already in existence.

The best was he's dressed like mario
